How to run updates

1. Once logged in click on Dashboard
2. Click on updates
3. This page lists all the updates needed to be run on WordPress.
   1. WordPress itself
   2. Plugins
   3. Themes
4. The WordPress update is always listed at the top of the Updates page
   1. When a security vulnerability becomes known, it is quickly fixed and an update is released by the WordPress community. Older versions of WP are not maintained with WordPress security updates.Update to the latest version of WordPress.
5. Plugins is listed next
   1. Click on Update All
   2. Which will highlight all the plugins for updating.
   3. Click on Update Plugins.
   4. Once complete you go back to the updates page if you need to run more updates on themes.
6. Themes are listed last on the page.
   1. Click on Update All
   2. Which will highlight all the plugins for updating.
   3. Click on Update Plugins.
   4. You should be up to date now if you systematically worked down the page.
